*Note: If you have experienced prohibited conduct, you may report it to the university, law enforcement or both.
Mandatory Reporting
VCU policy requires all employees to report any information regarding prohibited conduct to the Title IX Coordinator. Only confidential employees, including licensed medical, clinical, and mental health professionals are exempt from reporting except as required by law. If you have any questions regarding this requirement, please contact the Title IX Coordinator at titleix@vcu.edu
